Cookbook Description The cookbook contains flavorful and simple recipes based on Ethiopian, French and Italian cuisines. Most of the recipes are fundamentally simple for today’s working family and the ingredients are easy to find. All the recipes are my family and friends favorites which are being served often in my home.

Fundraising Support All proceeds from this book will be deposited in CHIROTA Elderly Neighbors Goodwill Project fund. Its purpose is to provide support to elderly women in Ethiopia who are disabled, sick, lonely, increasingly marginalized, rendered homeless or forced to beg in the streets. The primary goal is to provide their basic needs which are food, shelter and health care.
